Archer Evolution Travel Agents should NOT contact airline carriers directly using the Archer Travel IATA Number for Group Air Requests.

Need a Minimum of 12 passengers to qualify for group air rate.

Need to have firm numbers of passengers to better assist.

Archer Ticketing Fee – $20.00 USD per ticket will be added to total cost. Non-Refundable Fee.

Group rates do not guarantee the lowest in the market. It guarantees all passengers pay the same amount.

All passengers must travel on the same dates and city pairs.

Travel Agent needs to contact Archer Travel within 5 days of receiving the quote. Travel agent must present the quote to the group leader to confirm if they will decline or accept the air request.

Most carriers require a deposit from $50.00 USD domestic and $100.00 USD International

Most carriers require one credit card for group payment.

Agent has the option to charge a service fee for their commission.

Agents should not give archer several airports to check hoping for a lower rate, we can suggest changes to airports if needed.
