NOTICE: Xcaret Sales Network & Registration Delays 

Please be advised that the Xcaret Sales Network has been experiencing a system outage and has now been down for over a month. As a result, all new agent registrations are currently on hold.

We are actively monitoring the situation. Once Xcaret’s system is back online and functional, we will resume processing registrations and provide an update to all agents.

In the meantime:

  • Do not submit new registration requests for Xcaret until further notice.

  • Agents may not be able to book or register directly through Xcaret at this time, but you can still book your clients through our wholesalers, such as:

    • Expedia TAAP

    • Bedsonline

    • Viator

    • VAX Vacation Access

    • And other approved wholesalers

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
